Location:

Harvard campus and Zoom (registration required)

Register: in person | Zoom

The 2023 TCUP Conference looks to the future. After victory, what will rebuilding Ukraine look like? Panels will focus on truth, justice, and accountability, as well as the economic and physical challenges of reconstruction. The conference will combine virtual and in-person panels for a hybrid discussion about how Ukraine can move forward when the war is over.

Keynote Address by Oleksandra Matviichuk, human rights lawyer and Nobel Peace Prize-winning activist.

Schedule and more information.

Note about the hybrid format: In-person panels and the keynote will take place on campus and will be streamed live on Zoom, where virtual attendees can participate in the Q&A. Likewise, virtual panels will be held on Zoom but will be streamed in a room for the in-person audience. This way, both virtual and in-person audiences can fully participate in all of the panels and the keynote address.

Registration is required to attend the conference, for both in-person and online attendees. Please indicate which session(s) you plan to attend when you register. You may attend all sessions in person, all online, or mix and match. Please note that you must register separately for in-person and online attendance.
